I joined the Board of Friends of Our Island Home because I believe in its mission and to help work for the residents of Our Island Home. I first visited OIH when my grandmother became a resident, and since then, I have been strongly connected. My first job was at OIH as an activities assistant.Currently, I’m in school studying Business Management and Neuroscience as a dual degree program. After college, I plan to attend Physician Assistant school as well as obtain a master’s in healthcare administration. My family has a long history on the island, and my goal is to help the island community as much as possible. I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to be on this board and hope to make a positive impact.
